Having come from an entrepreneurial family, I developed a love of businesses at 9 years old. I hung wallpaper over the summer and helped my dad balance his ledgers after school (yes, it was green and I had to use a pencil).

Since then, every role I’ve held has been an intentional shift to gain hands-on experience in how organizations leverage their resources to drive performance. I’ve also learned how mismanaged organizations wither and, sometimes, die.

I’m thankful to have run operations in legacy organizations (Avon), emerging technologies (Nissan), start-ups/growth (AIR/Jafra), and nonprofit organizations with intentional drive for greater impact. I’ve served in C-suites as well as led operations, sales and marketing teams, and started/sold my own business. I’m a raving fan of servant leadership and the dynamic power it unlocks in employees. I value how decisions made in silos contribute to dysfunction and underperformance. More than that, I am convinced that decisions made in collaboration and objective insight produce results beyond imagination.

My favorite season of any organization is when there’s a vision, but not necessarily a clear and actionable path to get there! Today, I serve start-up, mid-market and non-profit organizations with thought leadership and strategic direction that help them achieve their vision and scale.
